Hugh Enicks , Coach

School: Red Bank

Coach, In his 15th season coaching at Red Bank, his athletes won the 3-A/AA sub-section championship and finished fourth in the East sectionals. The Lions had athletes qualify to run in five events at the Class A/AA state meet, and they finished 10th in the team standings, higher than any other area program. ?We had a good group and a nice mix of older kids who have been with us for a while and could be leaders for us, plus younger ones who have a lot of talent and potential,? Enicks said. ?I thought we improved as the season went along, and that?s a product of a lot of hard work.?
